Poguri and the Land of NouTM
POGURI and the Land of Nou is an illustrated children's novel - a work in progress by Godheval. The website uses a soft and bright color palette intended to appeal to children, and a simple streamlined layout for easy navigation.
KoV Foods
KoV Foods is a Philadelphia-based company focused on providing healthy, natural food alternatives, and also to making a difference in their community and in the world. As such they are committed to supporting a number of philanthropic efforts. Their website was designed around the company logo, which is both kid-friendly and appealing to a universal aesthetic.
A World Divided
A long-running personal project and labor of love, A World Divided (AWD) has seen a number of different facelifts, the current one being a culmination of design and functionality - and one of my more code-intensive works.
Indigene Fine Art & Illustration
Indigene is a painter and illustrator based in the Philadelphia area, but whose work has traveled all across the country and the world - now even being displayed in the U.S. Embassy of Macedonia. She requested a simplistic and colorful design, and after regular correspondence to decide on just the right colors, the site was born. It was an honor to design a website for an artist of such wide acclaim.
Safiya Haadia
Safiya Haadia is an author and educator currently working to publish and market a children's book called The Baobab Basket. She requested a relatively simplistic and peaceful design - indeed one that reflected her own persona.
EFT Solutions
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) have become all the rave for health enthusiasts and fledgling entrepreneurs looking to get in on the ground floor of what is becoming a large market. This request came from a lawyer looking to branch out into other venues in his spare time. He wanted something practical and business-like and this was the result.
Black Mages
The Black Mages were a group of aspiring video game correspondents who needed a website for a host of reviews, news articles, and editorials all about the industry.
Cybercamps Bryn Mawr
Cybercamps is a group of technology camps nationwide that teach kids a variety of skills from programming and robotics to graphic design and video game creation. This page was designed as the local website for the camp at Bryn Mawr.
Godheval 4.0
Godheval.net is the latest in a long list of designs for my personal website. This one represented a need for minimalism and a sudden interest in a black & white theme.
Godheval 3.0
This third incarnation of godheval.com was more for the sake of functionality than design, as it has a lot in common aesthetically with version 2.0. The iframe fad was short-lived, afterall.
Godheval 2.0
The original godheval.com was mostly text and practically void of any graphics or design. Version 2.0 was a dramatic change, one that I still appreciate today. It marked the beginning of my obsession with monochromatic design schemes.
A World Divided 3.0
An earlier design for the A World Divided (AWD) website. The idea here was to convey a serious tone more reflective of the story and themes coursing through the project.
